"Health Center of San Jose will be donating 5% of our Memorial Day weekend sales to Ride2Recovery, a non-profit organization that helps wounded veterans rehabilitate through organized cycling events across the country.
Join Harborside Health Center in this groundbreaking fundraiser aimed at furthering compassionate alternative healing and recognizing our nation’s veterans."
I think this will be a first... The Medical Marijuana industry supporting the rehabilitation of our troops.

Smart move politically, this will probably sway a vote or two come November. Regardless though it's just a good thing to do, but no shame in the fact it's going to help the legalization campaign.

I hope it sways votes. I hope it helps people see the movement isn't about stoners trying to get over on the system, it's about compassion and recognizing alternative healing modalities.
Personally, Ride2Recovery and cannabis have both had a tremendous impact on my life, and I'm glad to see a united effort by such an interesting pairing.
