Fuck yeah, Tool is tourin again. I got lucky enough to score tickets to their Jul.10th show at the Key Arena. That shit literally sold out in under an hour. But they always sell out hella fast up here. Anyone else catchin this show or another one somewhere along the tour? Tool fuckin rocks.

Fuck yeah. For the last three times Tool has come to WA. tickets sold out before I could get one. Finally got lucky this time though. Pretty close too, it's gonna rock. I'm contemplatin what to do... Just smoke hella, shrooms/acid, or roll hella tough... Probably just gonna end up smokin.

My birthday is in July but as some of you may know, I'm from Massachusetts and it's very hard for me to see them; however since this will be a very important birthday I'm considering asking my parents to pay for me to go see them in Cali (somewhere I've never been).
Where'd be the best place to see them out there?
Where should I stay, and what else is worth going to see while I'm there?
Also anyone know the date of their last tour date this year (not just in Cali)?
Damnit I've never seen them before and I WILL NOT die without having seen TooL, the greatest band ever.

im fucking annoyed that my tix still havent arrived in the mail even though they were printed on the 20th or something. I swear of tickemaster fucks me over on these tickets i will destroy the entire corporation.

I got my ticket for that show today! I, however, will be selling it.  I need the money. I will be going to see them both nights at the Red Rocks though. Who knows. i got a couple of extra tickets to each night and may sell them for a plane ride out to san fran. I'd really like to see them in that small venue. I want to see what other dates they confirm before i take much action though.

Go to the SF show. It's almost the smallest venue of all the shows confirmed thus far. I fucking hate how they announce shows all over the fucking place like in three day increments. it sucks for people who plan shit out. yeah, you have to see them! I've seen em 10x i believe. red rocks would make a bakers dozen. Nothing has ever compared to the tour of 2002 though. That shit was just unbelievable. It was my first concert ever. what a delight. 98 was a great tour too. I didn't see em that year though.  However, I think it's interesting to note that they are playing red rocks for 2 nights in a row. Thats a pretty fucking epic venue for a tool show. plus the last time they played here (you guessed it, 1998) they did the salival version of pushit. i think that's the version that made it to the record. I just hope they change up the set list a bit this tour. I tell you what chill, IF it doesn't work out for me to get out to san fran I'll sell ya the ticket for the purchase price. It's a GA ticket.

My tickets haven't come yet either... Give em time, Ticketmaster can be gay sometimes. My buddy bought five tickets so I'm gonna sell mine for $125 even though I got it for $85, then I'm gonna buy one of his tickets off him so I'm not goin solo. It's gonna be tight. Gonna score some has with the extra money from my ticket.

I would be surprised if you got any response at all, but ive never tried to email them. Just the TA store email which was just customer support. You might have better luck if you send Blair a note. IDk he may be the one responsible for the email address you sent it to. At any rate, i got four tickets in the mail today. w0000t! Just as they were ordered. Two seats for each night at red rocks first night rows 18 and 33, then tuesday i scored a seat on row 14 and row 52 or something.
I will let you know about that ticket CW. I would LOVE to be a part of helping you get to your first tool show, esp. in SF in an epic small venue.
