the first thing i thought of when i read that was oh no... what about all the weed coming over the border, i hope that doesnt get stopped/slowed too? i need ma weeds!

Just an FYI, when the border guard find an illegal immigrant with marijuana in our country, know what happens?
They "confiscate" the weed, and give the illegal a free ride back to Mexico with a free meal to boot.
Why are illegal immigrants getting more rights than American citizens in the war on drugs?

There is zero justice in the land in of the free.
As long as Mexicans have incentive to cross the border, they will, simple as that. We have people building rafts and crossing the Atlantic from Cuba. As long as we hold most of the world's wealth in our country, illegal immigration will be a problem.
At what point does it cost our nation more to prevent illegal immigration than we gain from it?
Personally, I am against illegal immigration, but its a much bigger problem than just the border. In the community I live in, there are 1,100 illegal Mexicans documented to be living here, That is a shit ton of jobs that could be taken by US Citizens, instead most people born here have to choose to move to the city or live in poverty.
Illegal immigration has changed the dynamics of business in this country, not only fucking the lower and middle class by taking their jobs, but also by driving down the wages for labor.
This countries out of control inflation combined plummeting costs in labor, has put the average US citizen in a very shitty situation.

No because the alternative to my view is to let illegal immigration continue.
I just want it to end, because illegal immigration is bad.
