Welcome to the growery!
Congrats on starting your first grow! I just finished my first season myself!
The first sprout is always a golden moment, I still remember mine. Would love some more info on your grow, keep it coming.
Just wondering, did you germinate your seeds before putting them in soil? And also, If your just watering your plants, why do you need a canal for more water to flow in? do you pour water in it?
But once again congrats, on starting your grow!

1 better soil is always best if you can swing it. 2 germ your seeds before you put them outside, also keep them till 2nd set of real leaves at least so they can handle a bit more stress (light ect) 3 you can add some nutrients to the surrounding soil if you dont want to drag sacks of soil. bloodmeal bonemeal touch of gypsum to soup up the prob bad soil there. those are light and provide lasting nutrients. 4 im not sure why you dug the hole the way you did. dont raise you seedlings as this is just asking for them to dry out and die. unless you live where it has regular torrential rains your hole is backwards.if that makes sense to you. you want to bring water to yoru plant not drain it away!! 5 your mommy is gunna be so mad at you! and in no way am i condoning your actions. info only!! seriously you cant be much older then 15.

Really? Ok your calling me young when you don't know how to capitalize your sentences? Plus I dug it like that because I was messing around and now that I look back on it, it was a dumb idea lol. Anyways Im extremely new to growing weed and have no real idea on how to do it. I just decided to post what I did on here to get input and see what I could improve on not to be criticized and insulted. Anyways, Im probably going to scrap the outside idea and learn more before I do anything with that. But I am interested in the germination part. Maybe give me a link? I would greatly appreciate it! Also I've been studying up on the way you can grow weed in the closet and It seems like something I can handle . Anyways thanks.

You can look at my developing grow log, I'm just adding some updated pictures now because I am in the very beginning stages of germinating.

I personally think outdoor is alot easier for a first timer, that's why I went with it, and I might be installing some lights in the next few weeks in prep for my next season now that I have some experience and info under my belt.
But if your gonna go indoor then I'll be very curious to watch because I'm always trying to learn more on the subject.
Some info on your closet? What light you were thinking on using? How many plants? Any training techniques?

Im actually trying to figure out my indoor setup right now but I believe I will be using Sodium Vapor bulbs on about 6 plants . I know a few training techniques but Im still studying up on them.
