Is my little buddy ready to harvest??

Its a little mini plant, i kind of stunted its growth by keeping it in a smaller pot for to long, don't hate!! But its been growing for about 4 months now and its been budding for about a month and a half to two months maybe i cant really remember, but i want to know if its ready to be harvested, im ready to smoke it!!! Please let me know what you think! and if there is anything i can do to get bigger buuuudddss yuh.http://

I wish your pictures were a little clearer. Damn, your lack of lighting has really hurt you on this grow.
If your plant has been flowering for over a month (close to 2) and judging by the orange on the top of the plant, I'd say you're already within prime time.
Keep an eye on the pistil colors. If your pistils are 90-100% all orange/red/whateva then that's right around when you want to harvest I'd say. If you had a little hand held microscope like one of these:
you could judge when to harvest yourself by where the trichomes are at.
Here's a chart you may have already seen just for future reference:

Good luck, and hopefully you'll be able to pull some decent smoke off of there. If not, that plant is an excellent candidate for butter.
