 Ballast for sale possibly.

I'm thinking about selling my ballast....not quite sure yet. What will you offer me? Its a 400 watt galaxy ballast (never been used).
I would need the money before I shipped it to you because of what happend to me on here before.
So what are your offers?

Cant do it, I'm too broke and I want to get a digital camera that is better than the one I have. I wish I could though, but I am human after all.

I dont have the income to buy things I want. Only gas and food and bills. So yes I am broke and want to buy something I dont have the money for.
