get you just a pot in your kitchen and a shotglass
take 1 small nice ripe tomato and cut it in to like 5 slices lay them on the bottom of the pan around in a nice circle add your mushrooms...i used what i said up there and just threw them in whole after a quick wash
save one end of the tomato and cut both sides so its flat and will cover the top of the shotglass
ut 4-5 dashes of soy sauce in the shotglass
cut both ends off an onion poke the center out with your finger and shove in place of that about a half clove of garlic
set the onion on the tomato and put that on the shotglass -reason i did this was so when the tomato gives way and the onion hits the shot glass you can remove the shotglass because thats how i know when the shits getting right
at that point you can remove it and simmer
you need to put 4-5 cups water in the bottom with......4-5 tablespoon of flour
let that shit thicken as much as it will..the tomatoes will be basically gone by now and add like your cream of chicken or something
i chose to make it like a country steak gravy
it was good but i think cream of chicken would have complimented the flavors better
