but in a beautiful way, without drugs
i went to a temazcal, which is a really hot sauna, really fucking hot, with volcanic stone heated by fire, and they do a ritual that the ancient mexican indians used to do, where they talk to the gods of the four corners of the univers
and each stone is a grandmother stone, so we talk to moher earth and ask her to heal us, and the inside of the hut is lined with diefferent herbs.

and as sson as the new year began i jumped in to the ocean naked

once i was in there and a kid had the craziet trip in hios life
i got out that day cause i started shaking from so much energy, and i started hallucinateing really bad
and when he got out his feet were all burned cause he steped on the stones.
and he left his body and joined the om
and came back totally different.
it was an invigorating moment,
to see someone who was controlled by the machine, come out and say fuck this, this isnt real

i got out and swam inthe ocean, and the en d of the year was very special cause there was two full moons

the second silver moon
i swam with the animals in the sea
and saw the sunrise of the new year
and the odean was purple and green and silver and golden
the waves crashd right up to the stone walls
and evertime i closed my eyes
all that was going ion in my head was the crashing of the waves on the shore
and i could see pictures of memeories
like if iwas living them in that moment
and i went back into my heart like the day you gave me the tea. when we jammed and went crazy
it was this new years.
idont realize it
but
i used to be afraid that i did too much psychs and drugs
because of the way i can get }now
but its really me just finding the natural way to get therer like the conversation we had one day
its hard but it lasts alot longer. and you keep the peace
i try to stay there
but i only snap out when i let the voice in your head tell you thinn}gs that arent true
and you worry about things that dont really matter
the ego
i need to kil the ego, at least calm him down
