So two little pins are coming right of the top of my soil, my only question, is if they are harmful, fungicide? kill em? Let them enjoy there little lives while they can?

They're probably just feeding off of something in the soil. I doubt that they are going to harm anything. I would just let them be if it were my plant.

I had the exact same problem day 41 of vegging, and i never understood what it is was, obviously it wasnt another weed plant but i didnt know what the relationship it had to my girl(plant) wether its parasitic, mutualistic, etc. etc. So i just left it, literally in 3 days it grew up to the same height as my plant, at the time it was probably around 12 inches? it was the same height prob. 3 inches less but still it was big, i was bout to go on growery to find out what 2 do. When i noticed ANOTHER tiny one growing up out the soil. I was so confused then i realized the obvious, my plant had no physical growth in atleast a week. And literally after watering it the day before it was dry as hell. I then decided to change pots and (soil) when i did the things growing had a onion type looking thing at its base and its roots had become entangled with my baby's roots. So i cut it as carefully as i could, and took the other one out. I showed it to my friend who i got the seed from his home grown. He was clueless so i just concluded it was something in the soil. My girlfriend threw them away because they were out in the open (i was saving them in a place i'd remember to put up a picture) so ill try and look for similar images somehwere like google.

I'd be curious as how to approach smoking said onion. But hey, if it was in the same pot as my lovely marijuana plant, I'd be pretty intrigued as to what might happen following the toke. Who knows maybe I could of discovered the new drug of age
Or a nice topping for whatever munchies I might have

Oh I read that wrong I'm still a newb but i would just take it out soil and all and rinse it off with cold water until and put it in new soil. I wouldn't leave them because it contain a a harmful mold. Or the mushies might feed off the plant.

Horrible advice.
Mushrooms only feed off of already dead and decaying material in soil. They help break down components in your soil. They are NOT going to feed off of your plant.
Also putting your plant through the shock of completely rinsing off all of the soil from the roots is just added stress. Especially if you shock the roots with COLD water. You always use room temp water.

I know you should never keep mushrooms near plants because mushrooms are prone to contams such as penicillin. Also I know for a fact mushrooms will eventually break down the plant. You don't buy rotting logs to grow home grown mushrooms. I might be a newb with weed growing but I've been growing shrooms for years. You do not want the mycelium stealing all the nutrients. The mycelium will also over run the pot and smother the roots. It would be different with a large field. I was wrong about the cold water though I rewatched the dvd I bought off high times and it said room temp. Thats what they said to do so you don't rip any roots while transplanting.

It will be just fine. Mushrooms break soil down into more readily available nutrients. Mushrooms to do not feed off of the living plant. And wont be feeding off of the nutrients that are what your plant is using. Especially since your adding nutrients into an indoor pot.
Also this isn't indoor mushroom growing, were not using sterilized substrate and has an opening to harmful fungi like penicillium. I have grown shrooms for years as well my friend. And he will be just fine.
