What year is it? 360cc is pretty small. I think honda CB 360cc were only made in the 70's could be wrong though. Not bad if its free as long as it runs.

Not if it's like a dirtbike or something with the lights on it.  They're only racing 400's in the AMA Supercross races.

Idk, I will check the title later today. I don't know where it is, and my dad is still asleep.

I'm going to take a picture of it once the sun gets out more.

My old motorcycle with a 2 stroke 125cc Yamaha Enduro from like 75'.

Is 30 years old an antique?

I'm not 100% sure, but streetbikes are usually 600s, 750s, 100s or 1300s.  Suzuki makes a Katana that's a 650 I believe and Kawasaki makes an 1100 streetbike.  There's a few different kinds, but nothing close to a 360 streetbike from any company I don't think.

I have 2 125 street bikes, 1 100 street bike, a 250 street bike (all 4 of those are Yamaha Enduro's)

I know someone with a Honda Rebel 250 too.

My dad also owns a 700 Triumph Bonneville that is getting restored.

I've never exactly seen the need for anything that goes over the speed limit it is going to be driving in.

However I would like to have a Suzuki Hayabusa.

Also, all of the bikes we own are from the 70's which means they are all antiques. (Antique bike tags for the win, never have to buy a new tag.)

i was gonna buy a crotch rocket for the longest time but ended up with a dirtbike.  i decided my ass on asphault vs my ass on dirt was a better fit.  so still not crotch rocket.  i do like the blue on your bike tho.

It WAS the fastest stock bike in the world until Kawasaki came out with the 1400.  They're both entirely too much bike for 80% of people with the money to buy them though.  Shit like that doesn't need to be on the streets.  My buddy had a 600 which is consider a starter bike so to speak to like experienced bikers.  I rode it once, that shit was fast as hell dude.  Even the smallest cc bikes are fast as shit.

Regardless, it still breaks 200 mph stock.

So Diesel, is the Hayabusa the fastest stock? I know it can exceed 200 stock at least.

Maybe I'm a couple years back on my info, I can't remember when I read it and what model was out.

I was walking home from work yesterday and saw a guy on a harley.  I thought to myself that we should outlaw that shit.  Or at least outlaw the amount of noise produced.  I really hate those loud noises on the streets.  Funny cause i grew up going to the drag races and my dad still owns a drag car.  But that's different since i go there to hear the noises and have that experience.  I just hate those loud fucking bikes on the road.  :grrr:

With their electronic governor's they don't see true potential. I know on the 'Busa there is a way to bypass the limiter. Pretty sure you're right, they did the test on a unrestricted Hayabusa and it posted like 202 or 203. I can't remember what year bike they used though. In 2008 they started generation two, and it got revamped quite a bit, and the displacement was bumped to 1340. So it was probably the one they used for that. Most still think all 'Busa's are 1300

Believe it or not Kawasaki had a bike competing with the 'Busa when it came out back in 99. The ZX12R actually bested the Suzuki in a test or two, I remember the 'Busa posting 10.0x and the ZX12R pulled off a 9.99. The Ninja was a little lighter and made like 170hp, really nice bike.

Now that Kawasaki and Suzuki had somewhat of a merger though, I wouldn't be surprised in the least to find out that the 'Busa and ZX14 have a lot in common, and may even use the same engine with altered displacement. I know they do it with their dirtbikes.

I think the Busas now are 1352, I'm not 100% sure though.  I read it a while back.  So many different brands and different bikes, it gets kind of hard to keep track of.  Instead of competing against each other all the time, they should take a couple years off of competing and come together to build one bad ass, nothing can top this shit motorcycle.  Then go back to competing against each other.

Really, if you go get on any of the latest 1000cc bikes, you are gonna come back with that "nothing can touch this thing" feeling.

I got a chance to ride a '06 ZX10R that wasn't stock and had 211hp at the wheel, stock being about 170.. It was the most rediculously fast shit EVER. I've been drag racing bikes and cars for years and been in, and drove, owned lots of fast stuff, but this fucking thing was just outa this world fast. Just the top of first gear was 95mph, and it was there in the blink of an eye.

Yeah. They're supposed to stop at a certain speed. At least in my town. Some stupid ass cop was going way over what he was supposed to trying to catch one a few years back. The cop ended up dying because he was a cocky young idiot.

Unfortunate. No matter how much I dislike cops, I don't think any of them deserve to go out like that. Even if he was being stupid and it was purely his own fault.

Of course it's happening inside your head.
Why should that mean it isn't real?

I was walking home from work yesterday and saw a guy on a harley.  I thought to myself that we should outlaw that shit.  Or at least outlaw the amount of noise produced.  I really hate those loud noises on the streets.  Funny cause i grew up going to the drag races and my dad still owns a drag car.  But that's different since i go there to hear the noises and have that experience.  I just hate those loud fucking bikes on the road.  :grrr:
