4x tramadol, 25 mg hydrocodone sizzurp and hes "feelin'" it finally, but "not much"?
What the fuck? I did the same WITH TOLERANCE and I was nodding all day! 
And I'm about 3 of him.

BTW if you aren't feeling opies very much, smoke a fat bowl because they synergize better than any other 2 drugs together. Should be nodding in no time.
Tramadol < Tylenol
Get some OC's or heroin if you want real nods.

Some people are opiate tolerant.
Requiring substantial amounts of opiates to get relief.
They make a 200mg mscontin for just such a purpose! NUTZ!!!

i rarely do opiates but it takes me at LEAST an OC80
fent patches dont even really do a whole lot but make me sick
it sucks...hydrocodone has been the best opiate to me but I have to take like 100 mgs

actually tramadol to someone with no tolerance if you take like 300mg or 400mg can be pretty legit. you have to bite the pills though so they dissovle faster.

Well first off I was completely joking.
Opiates completely ruined my life. Stay the fuck away from them. I'm fighting every day just to reclaim my old life, it wasn't worth it.

I dunno about having faith in drugs, but i do know everyone has a different reaction to everything we ingest. Drugs are no different. Your a lucky person to be able to feel the small doses! I have a pretty good tolerance to opiates which required big doses to get high. But i had and still do have friend who can take a single percocet and be laid out when it would take me 4 just to feel something. Then I have other friends like yours who need even more to be satisfied. So i think i just has to do with your metabolism more then anything.

I don't try to advocate the use of opiates, but if you are going to take them or let friends take them, make sure to start out low. Like SM said, metabolism has a massive impact on the effectiveness of opiates on certain individuals. I've had people that use (heroin, ex friends) and 1 bag would get me nodding, and he would buy 25-30 FUCKING BAGS sometimes and smoke them all in one damn day, and not overdose. If I were to have done that much, I would have died 5x over...

Ah! So higher metabolism = less effect?
That makes sense. Hes real skinny and I'm a pretty big dude, although I eat the same amount as him and prolly exercise as much or more than him  Fuckin' genetics.
