Im gonna be going on vacation to puerto rico and was wondering if anyone could tell me anything about how easily it is to get it. and any locations that i should go for? I hear people are pretty friendly and not strict.
Just ask taxi drivers or anyone that looks like they are trying to make a quick buck
they will probably take you there too
once though a cab driver took me out to an island ghetto for $2, he picked up a 50 sack (which was like 3/4 oz really fire outdoor local shit) and then tried to charge me $25 to get back to where the boat I was staying on was and I didnt have it so he was saying he would just leave me there lol
watch out for that, ask for the round trip rate always
