It's probably a little bit of both. I do the same though, fuck it. I was fuckin hammered earlier, damn. I find that if I try my ahrdest to stay up for a while after drinking, I usually don't feel as bad the next day. I don't drink often though, so whatever works. Drinkin a bunch of water helps too
