 150w HPS autoflower?

hi i have a 150w sun system. I have a few plants outdoors but am also growing indoors just to make sure i have some bud. I am growing automatic ak47 from lowlife all fem seeds. My question is since this is a stinky strain will the htg 4" carbon filter/combo work on all of these.. and will this be enough light for 4 ak 47? or should i go with 3? im worried about smell the most.

I have 2 under my 150w, and they are doing real nice 
3 would be pushing it, and I'm pretty sure 4 would be way too many, unless you did a lot of LST to get them to all fit. Like a SCROG or something.

Carbon filters filter all smells no matter how pungent, just make sure there is positive pressure and no leaks

No, they don't.
Some strains produce more terpenes than others which makes them more pungent or not, a theoretical way of measuring scrubber capacity would have to involve both the volume of air and the concentration of terpenes suspended in the air.
The filters have to be adequate to filter all smells but to say they filter all smells regardless of how pungent is to basically imply any carbon filter will do as terpene concentration isn't considered with such reasoning.
