Never rolled in nyc but I've been there mad times. Boston on the other hand, I've rolled/tripped there plenty and it's pretty solid.

I don't care for any Jay-Z records made after 2003. I used to like him a lot like 11 years ago when he had that one huge album that got him famous. I saw him in concert when I was like 13 too he was alright. It was at this shitty annual halloween concert they put on here in Boston every year (monster jam for anyone who lives around here/has lived here) and it was all like family friendly and shit and no1 was smoking trees and shit and they would leave all the lights on when people performed (probably so people couldn't blaze) lol.

I remember when Jay-Z challenged Nas to a freestyle battle, 1 million dollars on the line. And Nas backed down
That said, I like Nas much more than I do Jay-Z but he does make some pretty good shit.
