Who else LOVES hotsauce? What kind?
My favorite is definitely
Today I just found my new favorite chicken baste.. Mix Sriracha with honey in equal proportions. It's like sweet and spicy sauce.. Next time I go to the store I'm definitely getting some wings to marinate in this shit.

Hey hawaiian guy: Hook me up with that Kona we were talking about!
I love all hot sauces, but buffalo wild wings blazin' is great, as are the "insanity" sauces by dave's.

I am definitely a fan of the Rooster Sauce, also a big fan of Yucatan Sunshine, its a habanero based sauce, but not too much heat.

So unoriginal. Frank's? Really? Frank's is for people who either don't like hotsauce or haven't bothered looking for a better one. I've never heard of Tapatio or 'Pig sauce' before but they look/sound delicious. If I see them around I'll have to try them out

I see all the "majors" have been hit already. While I can get down with all of those, my favorite all-purpose hot sauce would have to be Marie Sharp's Habanero Pepper Sauce (of the "hot" level). Well rounded, carrot based. It packs the heat with plenty of flavor that won't totally obliterate whatever it is you may be eating. Highly recommended!
Barbados style or Scotch-Bonnet Pepper sauces are also a staple in my pantry. Great on pizza! Slightly sweet tang, often based with mustard but still providing plenty of heat. Here's one variety I always get a kick out of, Professor Phardtpounder's Colon Cleaner:
And for something more typical (as I've noted love for the "cock" sauce in this thread), I prefer the chunky variety that isn't ground into a smooth paste:

Cock sauce
Both the Habanero Pepper Sauce and the Colon Cleaner look pretty intimidating from here. Do you know if they sell them in major grocery stores or are they a specialty/microbrew sort of hotsauce?

Marie Sharp's is gaining momentum and I have seen it in a couple of larger grocers in my home state (California). The Colon Cleaner will be harder to come by, but if you find a scotch bonnet and mustard based sauce, it should taste very similar.
If you are ever in Los Angeles and fancy yourself a hot sauce aficionado, stop by "Light My Fire" located within the old Farmer's Market at the corner of Fairfax and Third (adjacent to The Grove). They have a wonderful variety of spicy sauce treats.
For those of you not lucky enough to have a store with shelves packed ceiling-high with nothing but hot sauce, I have also had good experiences ordering from FireGirl.com, which happens to carry both of the aforementioned sauces.
