So earlier this semester I turned in all of my books, aside for one.
I return later to turn the other book in, and noticing I don't have the CDs that came with it I ask "Hey did I turn those CDs in with the other books I turned in?" The response "yes, they are right here."
I go to enroll today and fill out scholarship information *bookstore hold*
I figured one of my books must of been damaged without me knowing (very easy to happen in a house with 3 cats.)
Go in and they say I didn't turn in my CDs.
I then say "well if I need to pay anything I would like to today, but I did get told by an employee here that I had turned it in."
They say for me to leave my name and number and they will get a hold of me.
What the fuck!
If I end up paying I will be as rude as possible.
I really honestly hope they get cancer and die.

The majority of employees at my university are worthless as well. Next time bring your whip to encourage them to do their job correctly. I feel for ya man. Especially because its some stupid cd that they could make a copy of for like 10 cents or make it available for download/streaming on the schools website.
