There was a ban coaster feature on the shroomery a little while ago. I'm not exactly sure if this was intentional or not, but instead of banning coaster, you yourself got banned.
You had the option of choosing how long to ban coaster for as well. Unfortunately, some people tried to ban coaster for a loooong time and well... snurry can fill in the details.
