What would be the best way to administer them?

From what I'm reading there are a lot of mixed reviews.

when I was in the hospital on a Demorol Drip and was administered through IV, I remember I couldn't get enough of that stuff. But never had it in pill form either. :braindamage:

SWIMs first opiate experience was with those thangs. SWIM really liked it but SWIM never IVed, them, SWIM Doesnt think they are safe, but SWIM isnt sure. SWIM thinks u will rly like itjust like he did.

I always snorted demerol when I bought it. Be prepared for a pretty intense burn though. IMO demerol is like a gritty vicodin high, it's not bad, but give me oxy or dilaudid anyday.
