Hempy Questions.

I have my plant in its flowering container now, but I have one question. Do I want to make it so there is run-off each time I water? I would think that would take a bunch of fucking nutes......like at least a few gallons.

what size container are you using?
and yes, you want runoff. but if you just transferred them into the new pots with new soil, i wouldnt use nutes for the first 3-4 weeks.

a few gallons to get run off every time? dude you're only in a 3 gallon container, do the math here. I water my 5 gallon pots with 1/2 gallon a day and I still get some over flow. you only need to fill that bottom inch or so with nutrients before you'll get runoff... like 2-3 cups for pots your size.
and to answer your question, you want to water the roots of the plants right after you transplant, but slowly day by day begin watering farther and farther towards the outside of the pot to encourage the roots to search for more food. after you're decently sure that the roots are all the way to the edges and bottom of the pot you'll be able to just soak the whole bucket and call it a day

Yeah I have been watering outside where I think my roots are. I think that little bastard is a boy though.

It sucks but it happens. It comes and goes man, it's all random chance. Which seeds YOU picked up when you decided to germ them.
I just got lucky again finally. I germed 4 little plants a month ago, and they are all 4 females. Alllllllright
