I have their box set. Its all their recordings with Danzig, and a bunch of live bootlegs.
I haven't taken disc 2 out of my disc changer (or MP3 player now days) since I got it back when I was in the 6th grade
One of my all time favorite groups.

misfits are great, i dont really listen to them much anymore
but skulls, hatebreeders, etc. are all 
through there

See...I really like the Misfits, but I really like the whole "horror punk" genre. I have a compilation CD called "This is Horrorpunk Volume 1". Theres a band called "Devils Whorehouse" on there...and it really, really sounds like Danzig on vocals.
I did some searching, and found this:

But it really doesn't sound quite the same as the Devils Whorehouse on this album. The track on the CD is called "We Live Again". But the bands on here are really hard to locate most of the time...really few and far between.
I'm sure all you Misfits fans know who Samhain was, right?
Mmm. I'm gonna download all those tracks right now.
Also - Son of Sam.
Which had Davey Havok on vocals, which USED to fucking mean something when I was a kid...
Which brings me to AFI...the only band who EVER did a successful Misfits cover IMO -
Too bad they are fucking terrible now  I went to a bunch of AFI shows as a kid...my favorite band back in the day...but now they are just fucking horrible. What a shame.
