I am no expert but I think that you remember dreams that you have while you are just barely asleep. Weed puts you into a deep sleep so you don't really remember you dreams as well in my experience.

the fries are ok if they change the oil, which is like once per month. sounds like you got lucky.
the place to go for wings is in the quarter. french quarter pizzeria, or mothercluckers in the CBD they got awesome wings.

I grew dream herb a couple years ago. It started to die so I chopped it down and took what I could get (not as much as I'd like) but yeah when I tried to figure out how to use it best it said the shamans used to take a cupped two hands worth and make it into tea and smoke the rest (no exact measurements). I didn't make the tea but smoked a shit load of it. It tasted like shit and did not have any effect on my dreaming.
It's supposed to make you have lucid dreams.
I only had enough to try it once, but I'd try it again with the tea method for flavor's sake.
