I was talking to my mother the other day, and I told her + my dad what a vaporizer is. My mom mentioned its not the smoke that gets her, but an allergen that is in a lot of plants (including canabis she said). I got to thinking, would a vaporizer help her out?
Secondly, if I did get a vaporizer, would I have to use more plant matter? The most common, by faaaaaar the most common, thing around is schwag. Like I mean I don't even think I can get high grade weed in town. So this is a very big issue for me, if I can't use schwag no point in getting it for me  .
Also, I am thinking about making a tincture. Can schwag be used if I just concentrate the solution more?

I would think that if she is allergic to cannabis then smoking it no matter what way, would be a bad idea....

he's talking about using a vaporizor. did you not read his post?  smoking and vaporizing are completely different. make a cheapo vaporizor and have ur mom breath it in. you try it first to make sure you're getting high.

Yeah but, she said its not smoke its an allergin in the plant. And maybe smoking it will cause a reaction. You dont want to mess around with that shit.

but the allergin is transferred through the smoke. I think the issue the OP is getting at is, will the allergins transfer through the vapor. i dont know the answer to that. i would do some research that's for shizzle.

If you make a vape it's going to suck almost as badly as smoking the herb.
Smoking is bad for everyone, I kind of think she's lying to you, if not then the only option I see is to get a vape and have her try it. (You can try to convince her to split it with you) If she still doesn't like it you've still got a vape which is by far the best smoking paraphernalia ever. 
I'm spoiled but I highly suggest spending at the VERY least over $150 on a decent vape.. The cheapest vape I know of that I can reccomend is teh Silver Surfer or Happy Vappy - but to me these are both just eh next to my baby 
No you won't have to use more plant matter to vape, quite the opposite. I pack about .1-.2g into my volcano when I'm smoking alone.

if the allergen is in the plant material, a concentrate sounds like the way to go unless she wants to risk it with the vapouriser. Oil or hash should work just as good, then she can smoke it as well.

Well I hope your ma can enjoy sensimilia with that vape with you man. I do think that if she was really allergic whatever it is in plants it would be the pollen...not the plant itself.
So she might not even be allergic to your plants or the marijuana buds, per say, just pollen that plants do give off. Perhaps. I really have no idea haha.

She has a lot of things she's allergic to in general so I expect she only knows the broader terms of what she is allergic to. She has Marinol too though, a shit to cuz she went to a hospital for 2-3 months and just gave her new ones, so we still have all her old ones here. (I really do not like Marinol, which it turns out I can't spell.)

Sweet. Never tried this stuff before. I think it would be good to do if you wanted to know exactly how high you were about to get. Why don't you like it?
