First grow flowering pics

Hey all, this is my first harvest and I decided to post some pics and get your opinion on it.
I only planted 2 since I started doing it as more of a hobby than anything else, they are the same strain to my knowledge, and where planted at the same time, though I topped one of them due to it looking pretty shit at the time, so it now has two main collars.
the topped one has really taken off in the last few weeks and is really heavy into flowering, but its getting a bit of a deep purple/black colour in the buds.
the taller one is just not flowering as heavy as the topped one for some reason and has kinda just stopped growth all together.
anyway, have a look and if you see something you could help me with or anything feel free to tell me

So the purple is normal? I was kinda worried when it started and thought it was a defeciency of some sort.
I just tied the top of the tree down a bit today just because I had to move them from their regular spot in the yard due to visitors ect. but hopefully it should get alot of sun still

that deep purple color is usually a highly desired trait. consider yourself lucky
