Did you get those 2 feet in like september or October? If not then it probably didn't have much to do with it. Sometimes it just dries up in a town, major supplier bust, grow room failure etc etc
Yeah man last winter was as dry as I have ever seen a town here, but then again they busted over 100 pounds in this valley that year along with at least one family I know was bringing in like 8 pounds at a time from cali. The mexicans were selling there schwag for 50 an 1/8th and even that was tough to find some weeks.
