Actually you go to any really nice steakhouse and they'll hit the outside of the steak with the grill for a minute or two, then cook the rest of the time in the oven. Hell, that's how I make my filets in the winter. Brown the top and bottom for a bit in a pan, then throw it in the oven and finish it off :smile:

Depends on the severity of the rain. Right now we've got flash flood warnings or something like that all over TV. My grill's in a pool of water with floating dog shit in it.

So if I had a steak today I'd probably just not cook it.
