Blue Moon is mediocre beer at best. But when you live in the North West you get spoiled.

Oregon beer huh? They are pretty good.
My favorite so far is this "hiking/climber" themed from Washington called "Leaventhen" or something. The best one is the "Whistling Pig" German Hefewizen...Mmmmm...But they were sold out at the hippie Co-Op! ! ! Nooo!
To Mycromaster:
Yeah, Bluemoon is still my favorite I've had. Its just got such a balanced taste of cream, "soapy" textures, wheat, and a hint of fruity spice something....so good, even warm! Imagine that. And it sucks spilling beer....good bye tasty goodness!
And the FullMoon is pretty damn good too. Ever tried that one?

I just can't get drunk off of Blue Moon. Not on draft anyway. I'll drink a full pitcher to the dome and barely have a buzz.

Really? Isn't BlueMoon like 5% by volume?
You either have a really high tolerance, or that draft stuff was a weak batch or something.
I'll admit thou, I really don't get drunk on beer easily. For me, it takes like 4 or five 12oz. beers, then I'm pretty much drunk. And I don't really drink regularly, so my tolerance is usually low.
Could be a psychological thing, like the taste of the beer "tricks" your brain into thinking it has no alcohol content, but even the mind is not *that* tricky...
Is there any other beers that don't get you drunk, even after a whole pitcher? Could be a trend or something....
