 mysterious phone call

I got a call to my house phone all it said was "your order is ready. you have until march 19th to pick it up"
and that's all it said
now I ordered a meth pipe from amsterdam about a month ago and it still hasn't arrived. could the message be from the post office?
and if so should I risk going over there to claim it? I'm not even sure if it's the post office that called..

they sell those pipes at all the places around here. when i was living in phoenix you could get those things for chump change at the convenient stores.
