for dinner tonight, Steak with middle eastern seasonings, baked eggplant with zatar, Middle eastern rice with zatar, humus & pita, plus salads and tahini sauce that i make myself. Oh and my famous sauteed mushrooms, om nom nom.

i had persian food for the first time last week. it was quite good. chicken and lamb and rice and pitas and stuff.
it does kind of smell weird though, but it tastes good.

Wish I could enjoy it as much as you guys. Haha, I think the ONLY middle-eastern food I can eat is Gold Curry. That's about it, anythin else makes me gag. Oysters are nasty as fuck too, just throwin that out there.

middle eastern is shit like kebabs, falafel, shawarma, humus & pita, mediterannean chicken, eggplant that kind of stuff. And all kinds of meats but made with very characteristic and flavorful spices.

I'm far from ignorant. I could just care less to consider it somethin other than the Middle-East. America is fuckin retarded bro... 65% of the people here are douche-bags. I'm sure some of you can agree. The world hates America for a thousand other reasons than that. I've had very intellectual conversations with a few random foreign people I met along the road and some of the things they've said about America were as true as can be. It's a very ignorant country that thrives off bein in control not to mention power hungry. Not a big fan of this place but that's just me. I plan on bouncin soon, but I haven't quite decided where too. You're right about one thing, "we as a nation tend to be very ignorant about the rest of the world." But the education system in this country doesn't teach us nearly enough about the rest of the world, we've learned the same bull-shit narrative about how america is the land of the free and the home of the brave 100 times, but when we graduate from high school we really know dick about the rest of the world and that's a shame.
Honestly there are still some things i really can't stand about this country, but there are other things about it that i appreciate far more after living in Israel.
