yea I heard last night tina. damn u shoulda just went to the with us down the street. we drank our ass off after we left the bar. ended up getting fuckd up till noon lol. ugh I hate cucain.

I don't drive and I don't drink often so it's not an issue I need to worry myself with. Plus I probably wouldn't drive drunk, I think a lil better than that.

No, I'm not an alcoholic. There's a huge difference between intellect and alcoholism. Alcohol bores me, So I highly doubt I'll be drivin drunk, like a jackass anytime soon.

Stupid is as stupid does. I think we are far too lenient on our drunk drivers. A slap on the wrist and a fine?! I constantly hear news stories about people getting their 8th or 12th or 22nd DUI. These people should have been weeded out by the natural selection process years ago.

Seriously. Drunk driving is just a terrible decision.
I can speak from experience, having gotten one about 6 or 7 years ago (yeah, yeah I'm old). I was PISSED OFF that night, but after I sobered up I got in touch with the officer to thank him. I was plastered that night, driving with one eye open so that I only saw one lane instead of three, and I could have easily killed someone.
Its the one time I can recall actually feeling gratitude toward LEO.

^level headed cool guy here. I don't think I would be able to thank a cop even though it would be a cool thing to do.

Then how can they legally say you where under the influence? How bout a ticket or summons to appear from this ordeal?

If you didn't blow or give blood then you don't get charged with a DWI/DUI, you just lose your license for 6 months. How does that work in your situation?????
