If you didn't blow or give blood then you don't get charged with a DWI/DUI, you just lose your license for 6 months. How does that work in your situation?????

Whoa THC I think you read way too far into some things.
Didn't blow as in refused to blow in the breathalyzer, not 
Blood sample is the more accurate BAC test, and can be requested instead of a mobile breathalyzer to help lower your chances of being totally ass fucked.
She didn't say she drove DRUNK, she just refused to take the test, so my question once again is, HOW IS THIS EVEN A DUI IF YOU DIDN'T TAKE THE TEST!?!?
