 Just Got a Online Weed Offer Thru CL: Should I take the risk?

Here's an email I got from some dude about my CL ad I made for my "This Valentines Day, I'm Going to a Strip" thread....
And since my plant is no where hear being done, and my supply is at 0.5 grams now, I thought I might get a Twenty sack....Besides, 1 gram isn't as bad as say buying an eight or something....
Should I do it? Do you think its a set-up by a clever cop?
Have any of you guys done drug-deals over email communications? How did it go....

He said that I should ask the "dealer" to take a photo of his weed next to a current local newspaper to "prove" he's legit.

Exactly my point! Which means he's probably a cool guy, just trying to find new customers....
At the worst, he's a total spaze, but by the looks of his "encrypted" email (using written words for numbers and number symbols interchangably) I think he's a clever dealer who wants to hook a random guy up. And he used the specific name "OSU campus", which I live not far from.
I think I will send him an email to try to ask for more info that only a stoner/dealer would know like "What is the strain?" , "Is it Sativa or Indica?" , "When was it harvested?" "was it hydroponically grown or soil?" stuff like that, just to see if he knows his material....
I'm gunna start there....

Yeah, and I'm getting almost opposite responses, but most are "Looks sketchy, its not worth it" comments....
But its pretty cool to compare/contrast them together....really shows the differences in these 2 communities...almost polar opposites.

Only problem is I don't have $20 at the moment, so its going to have to wait....
I hope I didn't waste your guys time...but I will definitely be trying to find out more about him in the next few days, then I report back with the results.....

Yeah, you're right.
Maybe I should spend less time online at the Growery, and more time in the real-world meeting people.....
I mean, I love the Growery and I enjoy being part of the online community, buts its a nothing compared to actual social interaction....I mean, there's really no comparsion.
But I still got to come back for my grow journal....I like to think my experience (or lack thereof) can benefit other people. If its true or not, nobody knows....
That reminds me, I should make another update because she's doing a lot better now...she's back to growing again!

Yeah, Coaster made that one for me....he just posted it in one of my threads at the Shroomery, no text or nothing. It was pretty odd, but !
Its OK, I want to remix it with some space/chemical structures/water spouts inside the letters themselfs, and turn up the saturation leveles on the green tricomes to make it look cooler. When I have time, I'll get on it....
And yes, you do need a new one, but at least you added on a little bug. Its just too plain for your personality Trip. You need something more distinct and unique....I might make you one later in the future, as long as its not too complex....any ideas of what you would want?

Good Point....
Gives me more hope. But the more I read his email, the more it sounds like a computer or a robot typed it. It just reads weird....
I just hope cops in Oregon (where's I'm living right now) have better things to do than bust 1-gram-buying-kids...I mean, come on! Don't they have bigger fish to fry?
Come to think of it, it should be the other way....If it was a cop, he should be asking ME for weed, because I'm the only that said "420 friendly" which has the subtle meaning of "I have weed, and I want to smoke it with you".
So yeah, if this was a cop, it should be the other way, because I wasn't asking for weed, I just said "420 friendly"....

I took a vacation there about 3 years ago, and the the amount of mountains surounding me everywhere was just jaw dropping. And the water had this crazy deep light-blue color, even the rivers! I got some great photos, but they are all in *real* photos, so I'm going to have to find the CD or take photos of the photos....
But man, I also went crazy with the sunlight (I was there in the Summer). The sun never sets, I had some very bizarre dreams that "trip": its like being in the Twilight Zone...and I loved it!
