Should I contact him regarding the low germ. rates. I got 1 to germ out of 5 that I put in soil. And only 3 out of 5 to germ in a paper towel. Should I contact him or no? Yes my nuked a few, but that was after they were in the paper towel for 3 or 4 days. So I doubt they were gonna germ. Anyways.

Seeing as your seeds ended up getting nuked. I think it's fairly safe to say you're responsible for other mistakes you're not aware of.
