The lineup this year is SICK, and I just bought my tickets.
I spent hours listening to all the artists that I haven't heard yet, and now I'm really excited for April to roll around.
Anybody else goin' this year?

i think the line-up is kinda weak compared to other years, but theres still some stand-outs to make it worthwhile.
i'll be going if my girl can make it up here for it.

Coachella is an amazing place to pick up on new music. I went in 2006. I saw Madonna perform with 100,000 other mother fuckers. Then 20 minutes later watched tool play. it was a very weird day/night. coachella ftw!

see if tool was playing again i could get excited about it, now its just like if my girlfriend can come visit from sydney for that week i will do it, otherwise its not gonna be worth it.
at least bassnectar is going.

There were a few bands in there that I would have liked to see. I decided on Wakarusa fest instead. RX Bandits should put on a great show, As Tall As Lions is pretty good too I saw them with RXB last year. Bassnectar and Pretty Lights are probably going to be throwing down at Coach too. I would also like to see Portugal. the Man live sometime before they stop playing music as well.

Infected Mushroom used to be pretty innovative when they first started producing. In fact, I think they probably pioneered that whole goa butt-rock sound

I can't really think of any good example tracks off the top of my head, but if I get a chance later, I'll dig through the old records and see if I can find anything
As for infected mushroom now, they've been pretty much worthless since 2001-02. With the last track i heard from them sounding like some weird emo-fusion
