Mine too. Hopefully she will like the HPS and start growing some nice green leaves again She just needs to pull herself out of shock from all the tops i just trimmed in the past few days.

The new improvements to the tent are complete. Its only up from here.
I ghetto rigged the Cool Tube to be somewhat cool. I'm sure when I get a 180 cfm fan the heat will be completely sucked out. I look at the bright side however, I am growing and providing heat in the home at the same time
Everyone smoke a bowl and say RIP Jackberry. After a long time gazing into the scarce remains of a once beautiful lady, I just decided to end it. I saw no signs of improvement over the few days, but rather signs of death. Lessons learned, don't drown your plants, wait until you have the pebbles to transfer into a system that requires them. I threw B1 in the DWC. The soil to hydro transfer worked. She wilted a bit, maybe for a hour, I put a little more water in the reservoir so the roots could get some and sure enough she stood right up
My other seedlings love the new light as well. All the little RRF and bagseed ladies stood right up like they are all at attention.
Anyways, since things are settling down and I am just trying to grow I am going to do weekly updates.
Peace.

sorry to hear about the jackberry but looks like you have plenty of other great seedlings going.

Happy March everyone! One more month closer to summer
Okay so lets get started. My attempt at switching from hydro to soil failed. Not because its impossible but because I let it root out and left the peat pellet cloth on, I tried to pull it off but damaged a lot of roots, it never healed. I planted 5 more RRFs and 5 more bagseed yesterday. One of each has all ready sprouted! Wow! That was fast! I don't even use the paper towel method anymore I just stick them suckers right in the peat pellet and put it in the tent and they love the heat and humidity in their Jiffy Greenhouse.
B2 is doing wonderful. She loves her nutes. She is also showing major indica signs and I love my indicas She recovered from her transplant super fast and started enjoying her new root space.
B3 is thriving, she is still recovering from her transplant. She started to tip over in the last pot for no reason. When I transplanted I made sure she would stay straight up. I might start feeding her plain water because she looks a little nute burned. I might feed them all plain water next time just because. What do you guys think?
Here are the RRF babies. I picked #4 she was a runt, bad genetics, the tap root didn't develop well enough. I started 5 more of these guys though, hopefully I get good results.
RRF #1
RRF #2
RRF #3
That's it for now. I hope you all enjoyed the update. Ill do another one when there are some noticeable differences.

hey, I wish I would have seen your log earlier, I could have told you right off the bat that your jackberry would be a goner in its current setup. However, you have plenty of other great plants that you can focus on now. If you have any questions on hydro let me know. All I do is hydro and its actually my job too.

yea fuck man i was hoping that little growth would be enough for it, but your new setup is looking badass. Are you gonna stick with soil the whole way through this time?
May you yield pounds of rocketfuel

I know. Its okay though. I got people paying attention now though I actually might get some more Jackberry plants from my friend. Maybe though, its a drive but its worth it.

Word man. Thanks. I am going to keep everything in soil now. I have decided that I am later going to fit 4 1'x2' Custom Ebb & Flow systems in there, and eventually have a veg tent for clones and vegging out my plants, the HPS is nice but I think plants like fluoros better for vegging.
Maybe not a pound but at least a quarter of that is what I am hoping for I hope I could get that with 10 plants under a 400w HPS

That is pretty much with all autos, but it depends, this one is 8 weeks start to finish. It depends on how you want your bud. I might harvest the first one sooner then later, for my trip to San Fran on April 21. Even if they don't its okay because I just got my medical card and I get can some nugs from the dispensary.

Oh where to begin.
Two of my Russian Rocket Fuels are female. I found pistils just recently
Low Quality Picture (I know!)
EDIT: This one shows pistils as well.
B2 is still showing nothing but excellence.
She also has 7 leave fans now
B3 is doing okay still. She was always the runt but she all ready smells the best and I want to keep her a little longer. Shes the only one that has problems and I cant figure out why..
These are the rest of the Russian Rockets.
And some more bagseed. I planted this one and it sprouted after all of them yet it has grown bigger then the rest in less time.
Another
And this guy is just chilling in there with the homies, getting some juicy light.

Bump.
I now have 3 female RRFs. I gave the three autos showing signs a dose of some leftover Age Old Bloom today, we will see how the ladies like it
Everything else is going smoothly. I am keeping my HPS on 24/7 now because I can see the difference in growth with them on constantly.
The next piece I am going to get is a 6" Soler & Palau TD150 Duct Fan and a 6" Carbon Filter. Then some new nutes.

i didn't realise you had a room full of autos. Nice work mang their looking sweet. Looks like one plant is starting to curl though. Get some photos when the lights are off next time so we can see all the colour without the washout can't wait to see them bud up.

I all ready know that its B2. I tested her pH with the inaccurate pH tester, hers was at about 8 while the rest wa3 at 7. I am debating whether to pH down all of them or just B3. Because maybe that meter is more accurate then I think but maybe not.

I would suggest using it on the only the one that isn't looking its best. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Just a small update.
Everything is going great.
So far 4 female RRFs and 1 male. I still have 3 left that have yet to show signs, I am hoping they are all females now.
My two Bs are on the left, the 4 on the top to the right are the females, the bottom 4 consist of 3 RRFs and 1 B. The B is the bottom left of the bottom four. I hope that makes sense
As you can see everything is
I have the male isolated so he cant get any of my girls pregnant yet. I am going to kill anymore males I get (hopefully none!) and put one female in with him. I hope he will do well in there, maybe put some CO2 in there?
Ill update again soon, those other three RRFs have to be showing sex soon.
I just topped B2. I am about to re-pot the 4 female RRFs tomorrow along with B4.
The pH problem has been fixed for the most part. I have been watering with pure water lately. I don't know the pH but it usually sits in a old distilled bottle jug for a few days and then I water with it, it seems to work. I think the main reason for my pH problem was too much nutes.

i dont see any good coming from that plant in the aquarium. unless of course you want to give it a slow painful death for trying to raep ur wimmins and spread his seed.
ive never completed a grow, but ive done quite a bit of reading here and air exchange seems to be pretty important. you packaged that plant up in a air tight box.

it's still small it wont die right away in there. if I was going to grow it for breeding i would set up a whole seperate area and grow it as normal, just don't let the air mix between areas. then just save some pollen there are tek's around of how to do this safetly.

If you have never completed a grow then why are you giving advice in my log, or any log for that matter? I think your qualifications lack.

Exactly what I am trying to do and I don't have another grow space build yet. I really only want the male long enough so pollen either drops so I can collect it or I will put a fem in there for a week when #6's sacks start to pop out more.
Does anyone know if once pollinated a female can be introduced back with all the other females? Or does she pretty much have to be kept isolated with the male?
