1) get that light closer to the plant. you can literally have that thing like an inch to 1.5 inches from the top of the plant and still be okay. the closer the better
2) start flowering TOMORROW! that plant is gonna be massive!

I asked a similar question about 6 weeks ago, trip gave me this same answer and I am glad I took the advise. my little box is not totally full but its pretty cramped now and I have a few weeks to go yet.
And yes put the other light in there also. I don't think you can over light a plant, I know you can't with CFL's so go for it and she will thank you with some fatty nugs.

It will not do anything as long as you keep the light cycle at 12/12
If you wanted to take the trouble, I have noticed that those who use Veg and Flower lights during Flowering have a rotating light source. (So that the plants get equal amounts of each spectrum)
