I'm just worried about them haha. I know I can see 2 of them have taproots, but the other 3 havent cracked yet.

no. the peat pellets have a hole in them I barely have them covered I'm assuming cuz the seeds have moved.

well if they've moved then they definitely have a root pushing. just be patient, the other 3 will be moving before you know it.
now's a good time to start practicing your patience. if you can't even wait 4 days for the seed to germinate you're going to absolutely die once you start flowering haha

Ouch... I would have personally done the ziplock bag method.
I use a dish cloth instead of a paper towel, as per directions from Magash a long time ago, and it has popped 95% of the seeds I have tried, including some old ones. The key is keeping it warm, like 80 degrees.
If I have a really thick shelled seed, I just sand down the edge lightly and manually pop them open then soak them... but I also have a lot of experience working with seeds and have a good feel for them and know how they are constructed.
You need to be patient. Put the bulb closer maybe and you might get faster growth rates.

be careful not to get the light too close causing the heat to kill the seeds. I made that mistake before but with a heated blanket that got too hot while I was at work and killed all my pepper seeds. Which by the way I havent used the heated blanket for that since.

take 2 paper towels and a tupperware container. wet the towels and squeeze out excess moisture, put the seeds between the PTs in the tupperware. lid on 3 sides, cracked on the last side so they get a little fresh air (mainly to prevent mold).
and then the hardest part= leave them alone for 3 days!!
