Went house shopping, found a growhouse

Went out yesterday with some friends to help them look at houses and ask the right questions and found a nice surprise in one of the basements.

It was divided into 3 sections plus a bedroom. I am not sure what I noticed first but the deadbolts on the 3 'extra' rooms were a pretty good sign something was odd. In each of the three rooms there were copious amounts of staples in the walls, each room had AC vents rough cut through the walls low and high, the carpet and pad had been pulled up and there were 2x4's bolted to the ceiling.

I just about shit myself laughing when the agent tried to explain what it might have been and how easy they could be put back as bedrooms. Both me and my buddy were just standing there mouths gaped open thinking about all the times we have driven past that house and wondering how many more there is in town.

haha if it was me in the market i prolly would have, hard to beat a 3bed 2 bath house complete with 3 grow chambers for 90k and they were in the basement perfect place to grow.

Heh in this area it's just an okay price, plus it was built in 1908.

We just payed 97k for a 2008 built 1300sf 3bed 2bath

Hah I can imagine I have been all over Cali as a younger man. Kinda was the last thing I expected in this town though most all out pot comes in from CA or mexico(you wont catch me with any though), more and more from OR too but that shits always pricey, fucking snobs.

It makes sense though that someone is growing locally. Last year one of the big importers got narced out and within a week the whole valley was dry and 6 or 7 other lower level guys got raided. The whole market is still recovering. All cause one bitch snitched, you know who you are Ben Sommers, fucking :cop:
