Hopefully I will in the near future.

Duck is freaking delicious! The layer of fat that keeps it warm all the time emulsifies when you cook it and it gives the duck so much flavor.
Spency: I ease back in to solid food by drinking just juice for a day, then juice and vegetable broth the next day, and then the third day is fruits and veggies only. After that you're good to go again; its also a good idea to eat some yogurt or a supplement with some probiotics so that you can boost the number of beneficial bacteria in your GI tract.

You don't know the half of it...
While you fast you have to keep the intestinal tract moving, so I drink a laxative tea every morning and 32 oz of water with 2 tsp of salt in it at night. I literally am shitting 6-8 times a day. Gross, no?

No food for me. No herb either. Total body cleanse for 14 days...this one is supposed to be the hardest, so the rest of the time should be a breeze.
I've always wanted to try fasting but I feel like shit if I don't eat for a day.
You've got to stay hydrated; if you're doing a long term fast like mine, you need a source of calories/minerals like juice or the like. I'm actually doing a very well known cleanse called The Master Cleanser, so I drink a gallon of this concoction every day. In every quart it has 2 tbsp. of fresh squeezed lemon juice, 2 tbsp of grade B maple syrup, and 1/10 of a tsp. of cayenne pepper. Its actually incredible how good I feel, high energy, very mild urge to eat.
i found that after you reach the third day of fasting, the food craving is almost non-existent. it's interesting though the things you occupy yourself with other than thinking about eating. the feeling is great after going for a few days.
i'd love to give it another go soon, it's been a long time.

I don't have any idea what I will eat tonight. I didn't eat any dinner last night.

A huge plate of not-a-damn-thing! I heard it enlarges nipple size.
-------------------- "She quickly stood up & looked down, the door on her shoe had gotten larger. Her shoelaces then quickly took hold of her hands, which caused her to sneeze. She spit on the puddle of liquid rice to her left, hoping it would release the toads from their chains. It did nothing. Desperately she bit into her arm-chair, hoping, praying the bird will hear her call. "Get the lock!" Sponny yelled. But was too late. The door had opened. She quickly grabbed her shoe & threw it, spilling & exposing the contents inside & relaseing those things."
