Underground Tunnel Grower room HELP!

Ok this is my first post. found this site through the shroomery. i built an 8 foot deep tunnel about 4x4 wide. then it goes about 5 feet to the right and i plan on making it bigger. i have it reinforced with logs 2 by 4's and ply wood flooring. its been on hold because of winter.. didnt realize how long it would take me. its in some woods. roots and all that got in the way but i cut them out with a pick axe and chain saw on a huge one. but any ways. i need some ideas on weather proofing and vetilation i already have a huge solar panel for power and plan to run a sheet of glass above plants. to keep out infared. its great becasue the entrance is deep in some woods. in the middle of no where. i used a pool water pump to pump out rain till i jus gave up cuss of winter.
i plan to have about 20-30 plants at a time plus and like 30 or so myco bags. I need help with
Ventilation. Waterproofing. any ideas? stealth/waterproof entrance ideas. will continue in spring but till then im planning!!!!!!!
im thinking of just ply wooding it all in like a room or somthing with like aluminum on the out side of plywood. for waterproofing and preservation.
other idea was to use cement on the walls and ceiling but that seems expensive. also for ventilation i was thinking a hole. straight down to the grow room with a fan at the top will post pics up in a tech when im Finished
also thinking of like a big bush on the doorway for stealth entrance. fake grass idk

I'm no expert on tunnels, but don't you think that you may need some strong support beams. I hardly think 2x4s are going to cut it.

You say no cave ins now but even if it did it really wouldnt matter, no one would ever probably find you.

Holy shit you are going through with a dream I had since I was 16...
I can't really help too much because I've never gone through with anything like it, but damn! If you feel it can support the weight of whatever is above, then I'm sure you know better than any of us, because you are the one who dug it and can see it.
You are using natural daylight? I'm confused here

Dude where do you live? you seriously need to start thinking about frost expansion during the winter. that shit will collapse your walls in like a week flat if you're somewhere that drops below freezing in the winter

Also at 8ft deep and the angle of the sun in the summer, your plants will only get sun for 3-4hrs a day man.

I'd like to hear what kinda solar panel you've purchased and it's capabilities.
And welcome to the growery!

You could make it out of concrete and have it double as a fallout shelter, if you do plan on going the concrete route, i would suggest reinforcing it with structural rebar. And waterproof the dried concrete walls with a good tar based sealant to prevent ground moisture and runoff from entering the room.

Umm for walls if you have the ability to excavate around you could use a tar type sealant over either wood or galvanized sheeting depending how long you wanted to build for.
The problem is you are essentially sinking a basin into the ground. if you don't seal all the cracks from the floor up it will get water inside. That is one of the problems with gowing underground you just have to engineer it to be sealed.
My thought for an easy underground room would be a shipping container sealed in several coats of tuff liner with a man hole access. you need heavy equipment to bury it but once it's down you have to find the man hole or use FLIR and if its on your property and you don't tell anyone they have no reason to look. That gives you a 30 to 40ft room 8ft tall and like 5 or 6 ft wide. bring the hole down in the middle and give yourself 5ft or so for entry room, office etc. 10ft for mother/clone and the rest on the other side for flowering.

There was this guy I think in Michigan that built a giant underground room that was like 150ft long and 25ft wide and just packed with bud growing.

That Tennessee shit is pretty crazy. That would be a true dream home. With all that money I am surprised they didn't make the house look more inhabitable .
