 Where to Get Viable Industrial Hemp Seeds

I want to grow a hemp tree, goddamnit.
I thought I found a site: (http://sensiseeds.com/hempflax/1c8.html), but they won't fucking ship to countries out of Europe.
I can buy seeds of any strain of high-THC weed, but there is not ONE place that sells viable industrial seeds!!!!
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think I figured out a way to beat this system. Since they would only accept Europe for the country, I just threw France in there. But then in the "State/Province" field I put CA, USA (NOT Europe/France).
Think I'm gonna get them?

if you do, let us know. I have no idea. its odd that it wouldn't let you select a country but it would let you chose the places inside that country.
