pre loading is largely thought to just be a placebo
when u wake up tell me if it worx 4 u
some swear by it, for others it does nothing

I don't pre-load. That's just retarded. I only take it once to twice a day for about a half to a full week after rolling. Then, you're fine. It's just to assist my brain in restoring it's seratonin.
