 Ballast not working?

So I woke up this morning to turn on the lights for my 2 weeks in flowering princess, when my 600w bulb didn't turn on but the rest of my appliances did I got worried. I unplugged the ballast for about 45 mins. Its only 4 months old so I thought no way its shot. The ballast seems to be working as the fan inside is running. The light hasn't flickered even once. I switched bulbs and still nothing. Could it be the wire connection to the bulb? Or what? Im freakin... CRUCIAL TIME. New ballast? New cord? someone?

All you can do is test the connection, bulb, then get yourself a new ballast. Hows that going? Did you get it working or did you get a new light?

Thanks Space Monkey... totally didn't get it. Well it was the ballast... I got a new one but am having new issues the past 2 days.

Could be a faulty igniter, does that ballast make noise but do nothing?

I have a 400w digital ballast with HPS and MH bulbs that Id be willing to let go for 200$
This is brand new and the HPS bulb has about 30 hours of use on it and the MH bulb has never been used
Also includes reflector hood and light timer

If you only want the ballast or the bulbs, let me know. I am hard up for cash and would be willing to sell the setup in parts if necessary
I am hoping this is just a temporary hold on my grows and that I can start back up in the next year or so

Dude I got to wait until the electric bill comes in and I'll be in touch with.
I understand if someone beats me to it, that's a great price for the set.
