 Weed Fueled Motivation

I have heard all my life that smoking weed kills your motivation but that never bothered me because I had none to start with. Over the past few years of smoking daily (usually) I have had higher grades and achieved more than I ever had without smoking
I have been dry for a few weeks now and I noticed I just dont feel like getting up. I dont feel like doing anything that takes more than a few seconds of concentration.
So to all the people that told me and the rest of the world that marijuana kills your motivation and that all substance "abusers" wold be failures in life... Fuck you, you ignorant bastards, fuck your twisted "morals" and fuck your pathetic lives.

Weed caused me to lose 45 pounds, moving me out of the obese category, and raise my GPA from a 1.7 to a 3.33+. Nuff said.

That sounds like what I used to get back in high school. It's basically a mild, very long withdrawal syndrome from weed. Not everyone gets it, in fact I don't think very many people do... but not many people get motivation from weed either, if ya dig what I'm saying. I think the motivation from weed goes hand-in-hand with being succeptible to weed withdrawal.
And the longer you smoke daily, the worse the withdrawal gets. I've smoked daily for 4+ years now, and I'm pretty much a useless wrecked piece of shit if I don't have any weed/am not smoking. I almost fucked my grades over last term trying to quit for a week to get tolerance down... I called off my break... it took a couple days to build my tolerance back to a functional level, but I got my shit back together pretty quickly after that and pulled straight As (except for an A- in a 2-credit course).
So yeah, I thought in good conscience I ought to put that out there.

with weed, i get a different level of motivation. like i go into details a bit more, and sorta see things in different angles.... especially when it comes to studying and stuff..

I never had any motivation either, but dont blame it on the ganja when I get high at work I get twice the amount of work done.
People are just stupid and like to blaim every personality flaw on drugs if they know you use them. My family did this after they found out I smoked, almost like they forgot that I was always a lazy fuck. Ya this pisses me off too.
Correlation does not prove causation.
