Maybe try torching the joint with a lighter for a little bit, then trying again. Since the outer glass has a larger circumference than the inner glass, a gap should form between them if the glass is hot enough.
In the lab when glassware gets jammed that solid, you pretty much have to toss it in the sonicator (cleans with by bombarding with soundwaves). I know that one's not practical, but I'm out of other ideas
