I took about eight strips of a london broil and got a fajita wrap and wrapped them up and added A-1. Tasted pretty damn good.

Last night I braised a large cut of roast beef with a basic mire poix for about four hours and reduced the liquids for a home-made gravy. I served that with roasted peppers (stuffed with brown rice, cucumbers, and red onions - topped with havarti, cheddar, and mozzarella, and broiled until crispy golden-brown on top) and some home-made hashbrowns (with basic Italian herbs - floured, and fried, for a perfect crunchy texture).
...I think I'll re-heat some of that a little later when I bring out the bong.

Sounds great. I had a half can of chunky beef stew (canned) and a baloney sandwich.
