I've been prescribed suboxone for almost 2 years now. They are sublingual tablets which you obviously know. Usually when your prescribed them, you continue to take them indefinably. In may case that would be true, as with most addicts that are prescribed it.
Its opiate based so getting a tolerance for them is inevitable, the point is not to just relieve withdrawals although they do that. It gives an addict the ability to go to their doctor every month and not have to acquire anything illegally. So you have your drugs everyday, you don't have to think or crave anything else. You stick to your Subs and thats it.
If your trying to completely stop doing everything, you could probably use them for a week or two to get thru your withdrawals and then quit them as well. But the chances are great for a relapse in most people (everyone is different). If your an addict you need to be on them indefinably. Its a miracle drug and when taken properly it can change your life, BUT it is addictive and can cause withdrawals. But less so than the drugs you use illegally.
NOW for natural opiate withdrawal remedies.
1. You want something to flush your system I've always used Oat Seed tinctures or supplements. Oat Seed is a great natural remedy for withdrawals and its been used for that purpose for hundreds of years.
2. You need something to help you sleep. Melatonin is going to be your best bet, most over the counter sleep aids will actually make your withdrawals worse and probably won't help you sleep.
3. You need something to relieve the restless leg syndrome your going to experience during withdraws. Ask your pharmacist, I can't recall what the stuff is called but you can get it over the counter at any pharmacy.
4. Treat your body good:
-EAT THE MOST HEALTHY FOOD YOU CAN
-EXERCISE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE
-TAKE THE HOTTEST SHOWERS YOU CAN STAND THEY'LL HELP FLUSH YOUR SYSTEM + MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER WHILE YOUR IN THEM.
I was addicted to Oxycontin for almost 6 years I've been thru withdrawals countless times and from my experience this is the best advice I can give.

I wish you the best man, and I really hope you find whatever it takes within you to stay clean. Its really a lot more work being an addict than not...thats one thing I've realized being sober.

If you have suboxone and you want to get high, let it dissolve under you're tongue. The taste is that HORRIBLE ORANGE FLAVOR!!! meeep!!.
Makes me puke thinking about them..

FUCK SUBUXONE AND SUBTEX. I FUCKING OD'ed OR SOME SHIT ON THAT. For 3 days in a row i was yakin non stop. Fucking ridiculous. I guesse the high was cool but i was to sick to enjoy it. Worst 3 days of my life.

They actually put a narcotic blocker in it so its pretty hard almost impossible to OD on. But b/c theres a narcotic blocker in it, weird shit can happen to some people. I've actually heard the same thing from one of my buddies.
It usually happens when you mix another opiate with the suboxone..or soon after. Or maybe your allergic or some shit dood but I bet that shit was horrible!

Well i did 20 mgs of ambien... Then the trip ended and i railed 4 mgs of subutex.

They don't prescribe the injectable tho. Plus if its injectable its not Suboxone, its just Injectable Bupe. Suboxone has a blocker in specifically for the purpose of deterring people from injecting it. If you were to inject Suboxone, the blocker in it would immediately throw you into withdrawals.
You might be talking about Subutex which is just Bupe...in which case your right there is injectables.
