From what I know you can get purple pistils from Flo, Blueberry and several other heavy indicas. The most common cause of purple pistils though is cold weather.

From what Ive noticed true purple strains are purple all the way through, so if you cut the bud in half in any direction you see purple. Where as weather purps are purple on the outside and it disapates as you get further down to the stem.

Blueberry gives you pink sometimes.
My buddy grew out some plants this summer that had Purple pistils.
I still have a bunch of seeds from that strain. Gonna grow em OD.
Some from last year, unknown strain

From what I've seen there really isn't a strain that has em. Seems any strain can have purple or red pistlis just seems to be luck of the draw from what I've seen

You may want to look into Outlaw genetics. He had a plant that produced those purple pistils and also had purple shaded trichomes!!!
A bit pricey but if you find a good looking pheno you can keep it forever.
Good luck.

trichomes i think thats made up, just because of my bio backround. there are reasons why plants can be purple red yellow green and as you would imagine its because of the chemical reactions that are required to produce energy for the plant. think fall, thats what the plants look like sans green. and trichomes being hairs are modified epidermal cells, are typically cellulose filled with liquids of various contents but not saying there isnt a possibility just think he prob did the ole purple water trick. anyway im rambling once again. thanks for the tip though man! ill check it out

checked it very nice looking, and they do look liek purple trichomes could be sort of a fiber optic thing with a tad of amber, or the cellulose has purple color, weird stuff. cause you think you never see green trichomes ya know. but half dozen of one and six of the other cant say its doesnt look delicious. dam

seeing is believing.
I've had a few phenos of different strains that create colored trichs. Nothing major but color indeed.
