TACO SOUP so gooooood!
Browned ground beef some chopped onion 1 can each beans: pinto; kidney; ranch style 1 can corn- drained 1 can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes 1 can diced tomatoes 1 can rotel 1 package taco seasoning mix 1 package ranch salad dressing mix
...i use plenty of onion power, garlic salt, pepper, crushed red peppers, and whatever else looks good at the time. cook in pot for like 45 minutes.

i made this last night
Italian Soup
1 lb ground beef 2 cans Italian stewed tomatoes 2 cups beef broth ½ onion 1 can mix vegetables ½ tbls oregano
boil, simmer 30 minutes.
Add cooked egg noodles before serving.
its even better the next day as leftovers.

Sexy Sloppy joes
1 sweet onion 1 ½ lb ground beef ½ tsp paprika ¼ tsp celery salt ½ tsp garlic salt 2 tbs flour 1 tsp salt 4 tbs apple cider vinegar 3 tbs mustard ¾ cup Hunts ketchup
Baked Chicken
1 cup rice 4 chicken breast Onion soup mix 1 can cream of mushroom 2 cans water
Layer rice; place chicken- cover with onion soup mix, add 2 cans water; top with cream of mushroom
350 degress; 1 1/2 hours

Ceasear Dressing
½ cup lite olive oil 2 tbs red wine vinegar 2 cloves minced garlic ½ tsp grey poupon mustard Coat top w/ ground peper 3 dashes worstershier 4 ribbons anchovy paste
Mix; dash with lime juice before serving.

im just estimating- i cook by sight also. i always get heavy handed with the garlic.. ALWAYS but i love it!!!!

Crab dip
1 can crab meat 2 packs cream cheese 1 cup sour cream 4 tbs mayo Lemon juice 3 tsp Worcestershire 1 tsp dry mustard Garlic ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
Bake 350; 30 minutes.

i dont have any bbq sauce recipes... we have rudys bbq here, and stubbs, and pok-e-joes- and all kinds of crazy good sauce- its texas what do you expect.
im typing out all my hand written ones and when i come across the best ones ill just keep putting them over here. get ready
i have my layer dip, grilled chicken, and sauteed spinach coming up next.
