I use a mac cause I have built hundreds of PCs and personally im sick of shit not working
I still run XP on my mac and guess what, it runs just fine thanks to bootcamp

not neccecarily "problems"
but I can just get shit done on the mac faster
like you dont have to install drivers for anything, dont have to configure anything, it just works
and it is good if your a unix junkie (I used to have a mac just for that)

I use a PC because it was free and the last time I used a mac was 7 years ago and I hated it maybe things have changed.

just wish they'd put a real graphics card in a machine that was under $1500... come on apple
used both my whole life, my next computer purchase will either be a mac or a mac clone.

I know its not considered "top of the line" but I bought my macbook a year ago and it has an nvidia 9600m which is enough to play BF2, BF2142 and CSS on high settings
it cant play COD4 though

my buddy has a macbook pro from 4-5 years back with a 6800 ultra
I dont know if you guys remember but that card was the SHIT
cost like $500 for the desktop version
I still have one actually

never bought my own computer so never had much choice...
lately i've seen more macs around but haven't been overly impressed with them. maybe it's because i have no idea how they actually function i dunno...
right now i'm using some old old laptop with windows XP
it's a piece of shit but i have no idea what i'd do without it!
it serves it's purpose more or less (less then more actually)
if i had the money... hummm, now that's a question...

PC, Cost factor and Im more familiar with Windows OS. I feel more comfortable troubleshooting any problems I might have with a PC. Not so much a Mac
